The check-in experience plays a pivotal role in our guests’ day of travel. Travelling can be stressful, having a seamless experience during check-in can help reduce friction at the airport and on-board our aircraft. We looked a creating a flow that was fast and easy to navigate but allowed the guests the flexibility in customizing their travel with baggage and seating options. We prioritized building trust through transparency and making convenience the new premium.
